Becoming a Master (MCC)
Mentor Coaching Group

This group meets for 12 sessions consecutively only once a year. It is exclusively for those ready to do the personal development and coaching skills work necessary to move from PCC to MCC.

The work to move from Conscious Competence of the PCC to Unconscious Competence of Mastery and the MCC is the most profound work that a Coach can do in their career. It requires courage, awareness, and a real desire to grow to have a profound impact on your clients. When you are ready to make a quantum leap in your coaching, join this group of highly skilled coaches on their quest to Mastery.

Group Sessions include Peer Coaching, Feedback (I am an ICF assessor at all 3 levels, so I understand the skills required for MCC), Discussion, and Exploration of the ICF Core Competencies at the MCC level.

You will be able to use these sessions one of two ways for ICF. You can use them as Mentor Coaching hours or Core CCE hours. Your choice.
Optionally, you can add 3 one-on-one ICF Mentor Coaching hours with me to review your recordings in person. Individual sessions run concurrently with the group sessions and must be completed before the end of our last month together.
