Leap from ACC to PCC

Mentor Coaching Group

The Leap to PCC group meets for 12 concurrent sessions (check the dates below) and is exclusively for those ready to do the personal development and coaching skills work necessary to move from ACC to PCC. Even if you don't already have your ACC and you are ready to apply for your PCC, this group is for you.

The ACC was meant to be a starting point and renewal more than a few times is not recommended. Coaching is about moving forward so that you can guide your clients to do the same. So, if you have had your ACC for more than 3 years it is time to move to the next level of skill.

Group Sessions include Peer Coaching, Feedback (I am an ICF Assessor at all 3 levels), discussion, and exploration of the ICF Core Competencies at the PCC level. You will have a fun, creative experience as you grow towards your PCC.

Optional Add-Ons:

• 3 One-on-One ICF Mentor Coaching Hours: You can add three one-on-one mentor coaching hours with me. During these sessions, you can choose to discuss your reviewed recordings, discuss any of the core competencies or discuss your work with your clients if you need them to meet the ICF one-on-one Mentor Coaching Requirements for your PCC application. These individual sessions run concurrently with the group sessions and must be completed before the last week of the month after the group ends. 

Note: These one-on-one sessions are optional and must be purchased separately.

Recorded Session Reviews:

• $225.00 Per Recorded Session Review: I will review your recorded coaching sessions so you feel confident with the sessions you will turn in for your credentialing requirements. I will send you written feedback to help you grow and expand during the process. This fee does not include a one-on-one session with me. Expect to need at least two reviews but plan for four or five. 
• Note: These recorded session reviews are optional and must be purchased separately.

You can use the hours from this course for either Mentor Coaching Hours or for 12 Core CCEs but not both.

All sessions are recorded and put into your student portal so you can still access the information if you miss a session.

This group has only 10 spots total to comply with ICF. So register early!
