ACC Renewal

Mentor Coaching Group

This group meets once a week for 8 weeks and provides you with 7 hours of group mentor coaching. (The ICF will only accept 7 Group Coaching hours, the rest have to be one-on-one) You are welcome to attend all 8 sessions, but you must attend at least 7 to get the necessary hours you will need for renewal.

You can use the group one of two ways, but you can only choose 1 as the hours will not count for both.

• For your 7 hours of necessary mentor coaching to renew your ACC or for the initial ACC certification Requirements.
• For 8 hours of Core CCE requirements when renewing any certification level.
• Group Sessions include peer coaching, feedback, discussion, and exploration of the ICF Core Competencies.
• Optionally, you can add 3 one on one ICF Mentor Coaching hours with me to complete the requirement. Individual sessions run concurrently with the group sessions and must be done before the end of the last month of the program.

Session 1 -- September 9
Session 2 -- September 16
Session 3 -- September 23
Session 4 -- September 30
Session 5 -- October 7 
Session 6 -- October 21 
Session 7 -- November 4 
Session 8 -- November 18

The sessions are spread out so that we can meet the ICF “Time In Mentoring Requirement,” which is 3 months

• Limit 10 people so register early.

FEES:

-- $1700.00 Full Group Program – 8 Group Hours and 3 one-on-one sessions
(7 sessions count towards mentor coaching so you can miss two sessions and still have what you need to renew)

Recorded session review including written feedback. -- $225.00 per recording.

You may have me review your recorded session and provide written feedback before you turn in your session to ICF.
